New West End Apts

I have been living here for about 14 years. This complex has a Property Manager living on site which I am indeed a fan of because he values the safety of the tenants and the overall care of the buildings. Due to the area not having a "gate keeper" could make this apartment complex far worse so I appreciate the feeling of safety at home. Can't control what happens within the community but this complex has been great keeping grounds and tenants at ease. This is paramount for me. This complex would get 5 stars if there were central heating and air if not washer and dryer inside the unit at least on site.

Adding public knowledge to a response doesn’t change facts. I vacated due to poor management, lack of maintenance, crime, and the overload of infestation. On top of my property being ruined due to leaking ceilings. Reggie has personal relationships with tenants for his personal interests. He smoke cigars in units, lives on the property which causes fraternization (drinking with tents in the court yard). The crime in this area is extremely high. Two ppl were murdered in the street while I was a tenant. The cameras don’t work. When I initially rented, rent was $750. Luckily I’ve purchased a home since. If this is a last option, I’d urge you to look further! DO NOT RENT!

I've been a resident here for about 7 years or so, Any time you have tenured tenants says a lot. The Landlord lives on the property and that's quite alright with me. He does not tolerate riff raff in the buildings AT ALL! Which can give you that added sense of safety. And having neighbors that really look out for you, that's an added bonus! Comfort is paramount to me and I must say I've have that comfort here. The apartments are not huge and some convenient amenities are not available, but comfort and safety makes up for that. And the location is EVERYTHING!! #home

I wasn’t served proper documentation after maintaining a lease for three years. The apartments are bug infested. The crime rate is dangerously high (my car was broken into and the cameras onsite didn’t work. Ppl are murdered on the street). And the landlord is a slumlord. DO NOT RENT!

This Property was a God send frfr. The cleanliness of the property is superb. Property Mgt is very knowledgeable of the property and the Tenants here, moreover business-minded. No lie, it’s a peaceful facility and I love it
