New Orleans Park Apartments

On these frigid days everyone I spoke to was cold, but when I put in a maintenance request I was treated with professionalism, compassion and most of all the Team here responds with a resolution. This kind of dedication to their tenants is much appreciated. I want New Orleans Park Apts to be my home for a Long Time. The entire staff is amazing, the neighbors are friendly, the living space is very comfortable. I can’t wait for the activities to start when the weather breaks. I will be happy to help out, and get involved in our community events. This is the place to call home if you have a sense of community living, where you can feel safe. Come and see for yourself!

I moved into the community 1 month ago and so far I will say I love my little home I’m creating. The apartments are CLEAN no rodents which was one of my top things I wanted in an apartment. The viewing and application process was made easy and a breeze working with Lori. I have had some maintenance issues, however which has been a bit of a pain. However reaching out to the leasing office I have been able to get the assistance needed.

My experience with the apartment maintenance service was positive and professional. The staff was courteous, handled the issue efficiently, and completed the work as expected. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and I’m satisfied with the level of service provided.

I am New to the Community and love it! Lori Hines was so amazing in communicating with me , answering all my questions, she went above and beyond! I have the exact unit I wanted😍! The move in was seamless, I had a few concerns that were very minor, but quickly resolved with efficiency and professionalism by the maintenance staff!
