During our initial inquiry and moving process, we met Hailey, who assisted us in securing the apartment and completing the necessary paperwork. Everything went smoothly at that stage, and we were very pleased with how seamless the process was. Unfortunately, our experience since moving in has been nothing short of terrible. Within just a month, we have encountered one issue after another. We continue to deal with a recurring mouse infestation despite multiple visits from the exterminator, the problem persists and nothing seems to be working. In addition, our bathroom has a persistent leak. Although we have submitted several work orders and maintenance has visited twice, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Bishop Hill Apartments, specifically regarding the laundry facilities. The dryers in Buildings are constantly breaking down, to the point where none of the dryers in the entire building are currently functional. This happens almost every week and has been an ongoing issue for a long time. Multiple complaints have been raised with both management and laundry services, but no permanent solution has ever been provided. What’s more frustrating is that management continues to renew their contract with Caleco despite repeated failures and numerous complaints, fully aware that the machines are unreliable and substandard. I’ve lived at bishop hill for a little over a year now and i absolutely love this complex!! The ladies in the front office are the sweetest especially Haylie!!! All the maintenance people I’ve encountered have been nothing but nice and helpful!!! Im in building C with a view of the courtyard and it’s always so fun seeing the complex kids playing and all the cute dogs walking around!! The neighbors are all super nice and truly look out for each other !!! 10/10 reccommend this complex I’m so happy I renewed my lease :)

we're here about a month and so far we love it. spacious rooms, nice neighbors and the one repair needed was taken care of next day. convenient washer and dryer on each floor too. bonus that it is pet friendly

The apartment maintenance team responded rather quickly within 3 days and fixed my issue within one-day. I can truly see an improvement in response and turnaround times.
