This Realty is the worse one I’ve seen in Miami. I am a student and I rent an apartment from this Realty and the girl who called Bileyda made everything complicated and she is so offensive! She never showed up in all the renting procedures. Especially, the broker Perla will forget everything she said and never reimburse your money! I haven’t got my money back! 😡 If you have business with this Realty, WRITE everything down or they will lie to you!
The broker owner is Susana Berjer, I would recommend her for business real estate transactions, great personality as well.
