They sat on a title search request for over 14 weeks before telling me they don't have time or resources to do the work. Such a disappointment. Used them for closing in 2024 when I bought some land. They did a good job then and were very helpful with questions and responsive, so I was hopeful with this request that actually requires some research. (The other work they did was obviously a clear title, easy money for them.) They seem like nice people, but they shouldn't waste people's time like this. I was very patient and waiting my turn, but I don't get a turn it seems. Looking for someone to help me with a title search now, at square one.

We had a complicated transaction and closing dealing with a USDA loan from the buyer of our property during the government shutdown. Holly and her team went above and beyond in finding solutions for us and for getting the deal closed to the satisfaction of all parties involved. We really did not think it would happen, but due to the expertise and perseverance of NMLT, our deed transfer was filed with the county and funds were transferred. Holly also arranged an online notary for us, saving us a trip to NM to sign while we were out of state.

Very friendly and engaging staff. They were able to address my unique questions an helped connect me to knowledgeable members of their team quickly.

I thought they were great in 2018 when I purchased my home. Come to find out they never sent any documentation to the county. That was 6 years ago, I finally was able to get it put in my name. They have made my life so much more difficult, I just wish people would actually do their job.

Worst closing as a seller we have ever experienced. (We have sold 10 homes in our lifetime) Closing documents were incorrect, in the buyers favor, over $600, and we were not asked how we wanted our funds, therefore there was a ridiculous wire fee. First closing that the funds were not available when we signed! Once the corrections were made and our money was to be sent via UPS, oops, UPS came early so the funds were sent the next day. When we let them know how unhappy we were with that, they offered to wire the funds (at that ridiculous fee) even though the funds were supposedly already in a check. Closed on a Tuesday and according to the UPS tracking number, we MIGHT have our money tomorrow, a week later!
