If I could have given home and land professionals 0 Stars I would. My husband and I are first time home buyers. We had had our eye on a piece of property in Mora New Mexico for about 2 years. It was marked at 1.78 Acres for 27000 dollars. For a year or so Yvette and I would talk about the property and off and in the last two months we finally had the credit score to apply for a mortgage. We got approved. Yvette Arellanes was our agent. Weeks went by and it was getting harder and harder to get a hold of her. When the day came that she had to send the paperwork to the mortgage company she said she would be on it that. It never happened. I started doing my own research and found out that the land that had been posted for 2 years was not only not for sale anymore but had issues. She knew that
