I closed on a property with Sam handling the signing. The experience was excellent. The location is nice, facilities clean, and Sam understood my needs and was as accommodating as he could be. Everything moved along swiftly and I have zero complaints. When my situation created a small complication, Sam went out of his way to smooth things out, so everything went very well. As a manager myself, that was above and beyond, and I would have complimented my team member for the actions that Sam took because that's how you build relationships. At the end of the day, I would be happy to use NM Land & Title Company again. Highly recommended.

Before I even start going off… Maria is awesome. She’s kind and patient and was helpful with the closing process.. but CHAD HAND??!? He was rude and acted as if us having questions and issues with the closing documents was inconvenient to him. The closing cost changed a significant amount between closing and two days before closing and when we approached him about it he seemed as if he didn’t have time to research or fixed the problem. Turns out, he messed up and didn’t communicate with the broker. Smh
