Nice, friendly and quiet place to live. The landscaping is always so neat and well kept. Especially around the pool area. The best part is the management team and how they make you feel like family the day they meet you.. Brooke was so sweet and took her time to explain everything to my parents the day we moved them in. So glad we found this place.

Although I am not currently a resident of New Meridian Estates, I am actively seeking an apartment in preparation for my job relocation in February. I typically do not read or leave reviews; however, I felt it was important to share my experience. From my initial phone inquiry regarding available units and scheduling a tour, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff stood out immediately. I spoke with a leasing representative named Brooke, who was exceptionally patient, attentive, and never once made me feel rushed. This was in sharp contrast to other properties I contacted, where the interactions felt unprepared and disengaged. I informed Brooke that I would be on a very tight schedule during my visit due to multiple property tours and the need to locate a potential office space. When

I was a tenant here for 4 years. Never paid late, never caused any issues. I moved out and experienced an issue with some move out charges that I was unsure on why I was being charged. I reached out to the property manager, Brenda, by email and phone FOUR times. Never even bothered to respond to me in any way. I gave this place THOUSANDS of dollars in rent and couldn’t even get a phone call to discuss an issue I was having. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

Best place to live, excellent staff, Brooke and Brenda always welcoming, maintenance team ( Will, Tony and Devon)completes the tasks on time.Excellent Business center and HUGE club house(Can be compared to a 3 star hotel) with free WI-FI. Love the 242 Apartments connected to the woods, birds etc.. Bonita Nature park with water( Lake) just 3 miles away.. Many nature parks under 5 miles. Safe for families, surveillance cameras cover the entire property. Proximity to all grocery stores including Walmart super center and car repair/dealers/rental..Gym and pool. Excellent space for parking cars

Brenda and Brook are the Dream Team. I love just stopping in to talk. They always have time for a talk or a helping hand.
