Used to be a nice place before current owners, but no longer. Dogs allowed to mess anywhere/everywhere; rarely picked up by ignorant owners. At least 1 vicious stray dog running loose; nothing is done. Current management is clueless. Last cheapo roofing job was shoddy & now it shows. Roaches taking over due to no interior pest control. Poorly patched paving looks like it was done by a crew of blind workers. Very limited parking. Thin interior walls let sound carry EASILY between apartments, so no quiet for you.
The old white people out there are prejudice and judgemental. They dont follow by what is on the lease papers and make up their own rules about your way of living out there. People can falsely make complaints on you and they will believe it and hold you accountable for it. I never had a problem staying in marion at rose and sun town house until i moved here to these apartments thinking they treat everyone with the same respect and equally.
It is a very quiet and peaceful apartment community.
