Application was easy! Staff is super friendly and quick to respond! Apartments are in good condition! Sometimes there are some sketchy people hanging around, but I have never been bothered. Kitchens are on the smaller side but as someone who is not a big cook that is fine with me. My apartment happens to have a great view of Roxy Ann and downtown which was a big plus and also in walking distance of a tons of downtown establishments!

Current tenant of over 6 months. Still no parking spots and $125 in 5 parking tickets in the last month AND I am on medical leave. They “cant do anything” about it cuz its “the city” And read the rest of the reviews, they explain EVERYTHING else!! would NOT move in here!!!! (and if youre planning on moving to Medford in general… TURN BACK!) Its a year lease and im HAPPILY packing my bags when it ends!
