Worst realtor I have ever dealt with. I was helping my step father purchase a home. We put in an offer and they came back with a different offer that we agreed to. After some back and fourth between our realtor and theirs because of the type of loan my step father was approved for we agree to proceed with the offer to allow an appraisal and inspection. Our realtor proceeds to write up the purchase agreement and sends it off. The buyers realtor proceeds to tell us the seller wont sign the purchase agreement because of the type of loan. We tried contacting for 4 days to try a different offer to find out he sold the house to someone else with out even letting us change our offer and then proceeded to ignore phone calls and messages for 3 days.
