New Hope Place Apartments

I can only speak for building B but everyone minds there own business but is still super friendly. The halls smell bad but I think it's a combination of all the different ethnic food being made in the building. Smoke free with a very reasonable rent. The building is old so with that you do run into problems but also get super thick walls and floors. Only time I can ever hear people is cause the apartment doors are thin or a window is open. Lots of space and small pet friendly garages available but they don't have electricity. MANAGEMENT has GREATLY improved since new building owner! They had to spend a lot of time catching up on maintenance request failed to complete by old management. Have sense been investing in building without drastically raising rent. Bonus get a hand written

I slightly liked living there but didn't feel entirely safe with parking my SUV since people often hung outside which my 1st floor apartment window offered a direct view of and the thermostat seemed broken. One bedroom had a moldy carpet which reappeared after it was shampooed, anyways, I picked another unit except was given this one instead. Good thing I quickly vacated after 3-4 months since it was a month to month trial. The area is actually nicely landscaped and is too close to the golf course which led to my SUV's windshield cracking. At least, I got my security deposit back Pronto!

I wish I could give a no star. If you like roaches and paper thin walls this is the place for you. Also believe everything about the money hungry part too. Careful about this place. I strongly suggest finding a different place if you are looking. Honestly the roaches were so bad they were all up in my food. Horrible place to live. Also the floors creak so bad they'll wake you up from a dead sleep. Also the 2 owners are very poor businessman. Watch out for these people.

ROACH INFESTED BUILDING. They are very money hungry and don’t keep the property up much. They also like to tow car but only have 4 visitors spot between the two buildings . DONT NOT RENT HERE

These apartments suck! They have rats, mice and roaches, building B is poorly taking care of they fix a problem you report a year later... Oweners are very rude and disrespectful they share private information with other tenants and more....
