I recently had the opportunity to speak with the original owner of New Homes by Liberty, a business I have known for over 25 years. Throughout the years, he has successfully operated several businesses, all of which I have personally used. His most recent venture, New Homes by Liberty, is a modular home business. However, during his time away from the operation due to a personal leave, the company was left under the management of others. Upon his return, he was disheartened to find several dissatisfied customers. When I was on my search for a home, I contacted New Homes by Liberty..I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner.They took a personal interest in my quest for a home , but were were also clear as to what I could afford. I took the leap, and have never regretted it. Throughout the process, they were available and had a hands-on approach. They became more of family, than a construction company; just what I needed.The level of their commitment speaks for itself. Terrible experience ! Now that our warranty period has expired I feel I can post a review. Grab your checkbook and run the other way ! Nothing but lies and ripoffs. The house manufacturer itself is great but New Homes by Liberty is a joke. And from what I read we are one of the lucky ones. If you love a model find another “builder” to make the deal - stay away ! Nothing but empty promises a blowing smoke ! Filthy language, yelling and fighting - the worst are all the lies ! Most stressful experience of my life - not building the house but dealing with Liberty. Like a previous review - feel free to contact me for details. I’ve got stories to tell. BTW - giving one star is being generous !

The worst experience in my life ! Very deceitful company! They put on a good act! You can contact me for more details! That is how much I respect people interested in building a home and not wanting what happened to us a repeat of heartache and loss! I have hundreds of pictures and statements to back up my claims! Run and don’t look to this so called company, if you want professionalism and honesty!

I am writing this review to let everyone know how rude and unprofessional the man was who works in the Middletown N.Y. office was to me on the phone. I called for information on a price for one of the model homes. His response was he did not know and asked me for some further information. I told him what my husband and I were looking to do on our property that we had purchased. I told him we did not need there services for a foundation or septic, and that my husband is a contractor and we would do that ourselves. He then said to me in a rude and condescending tone O MY GOSH! contractors are hard to work with. He said he would call me back with a price on just the home by itself. 2 days went by and no response from him. i called and left a detailed message asking for a courtesy call back.
