Horrible management. Lack of care for personal wellbeing. Paint peeling. Water damage in bedroom. Windows broken. Some windows bolted shut.Mold problems. Leaking roof caused my ceiling to collapse no warning. Now i have Respiratory problems. Peco issues with electricity, wiring bad in building. Fire alarm security alarm going off. no one seems to actually care.

This company bought the property that I was renting. I have requested maintenance twice for my leaking roof that is now breaking down. They told me that the roof needed to be replaced. Needless to say the roof has not been replaced and every time it rains my carpet gets wet if I am not home. The constant moisture has created mold. I put in a work order regarding the order and still nothing. This company is the epitome of slum lords. And on top of everything they are raising the rent as of January 1st. I would not recommend anyone rent from them. It is truly sad that they have bought so many properties in Coatesville, collect rent, and ignore complaints. Future tenants please beware!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE they fix nothing, I have a huge hole in my wall that leads to the hot water tank. My ceiling light sparks and flicks in my kitchen and they refuse to come fix that I didn’t have heat in my bathroom for over 6 months and I could continue holes in the hallway trashy unit all together very slim landlords would not recommend

Not responsive to any maintenance requests. Now have water leaking from ceiling in 3 rooms for months. Extremely rude even though rent is paid on time.

Let me go 2 months without heat . My iguana froze and died and they did nothing . Space heaters running up the electric i will not be renewing this lease .
