Lived here for over 3 years and love it! It’s pet friendly and Has a dog park. Private entrance and garage availability. Very luxurious and the architecture is amazing! Come see for yourself! It’s in sadsburyville and close to post office, Athena’s, Aldus Jackson salon and Harry’s “The neighborhood place” Bar and Restaurant. Lovely quaint town. And I feel so safe and secure with police station and firehouse across the street. Close to new shopping centers at routes 10&30 and Aldi.
One of the best apartments we’ve lived in. Feels more like ownership with a peaceful HOA. We have a 2b / 1.5ba and a garage right next to us. It’s a little pricey for this area, but it’s been worth it for the experience. Management and maintenance are always so friendly, the grounds are always kept so well maintained, including with snow, and they’re prompt to respond. I’d recommend anyone looking to check this place out.

Very modern, nice apartments. Manager and maintenance staff were prompt and personable. They helped us with issues on multiple occasions and when we relocated, were accommodating and things went smoothly.
If I could give 0 as rating I would for the owner & some of the staff. Parking horrible!!
