I had a very disappointing experience with Angelica Garcia. She was extremely rude, unresponsive, untruthful, and unprofessional. Communication was consistently poor she did not respond in a timely manner and often did not respond at all. I had two properties listed for rent with her, and after more than a month, she was unable to secure a tenant for either property. When I decided to cancel services due to the lack of results and poor communication, she attempted to charge me $850 per property, claiming it was owed even after cancellation. This fee was only supposed to apply if a tenant was placed, which never happened, and there is no cancellation fee stated anywhere in our contract. I had a very poor experience with Angelica Garcia as a property manager. She lacks professionalism and does not communicate effectively. Messages and questions often went unanswered, and follow-ups were rarely done unless I repeatedly reached out myself. Basic property management responsibilities were not handled properly. Issues were delayed, tenant-related matters were not followed up on, and there was no sense of urgency or organization. I felt like I was constantly chasing her to do things that should have been routine. She is difficult to work with, not transparent, and does not take responsibility for her role. My experience working with Angelica Garcia was highly disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable, with many questions and concerns left unanswered unless I followed up multiple times. There was little initiative taken to keep matters on track. Standard management tasks were not handled efficiently. Save your time and do not do business with Angelica.

These guys had a pretty awesome team. Helped me close on my first house at 19 y/o before Christmas. Super personable and knowledgeable people, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an awesome new home.

If you are looking to rent a home DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANGELICA GARCIA! she will be quick to take your money for the application and after that she will not respond. I have tried for days to contact her and she does not respond to email, text messages or phone calls. I understand that selling a house is more important than taking money from people for rental properties but if you are going to do both be loyal to both. Since my application was turned in about a week ago. I have only received 2 responses from her both of which were very RUDE I could tell she did not want to deal with me or my application as I was pushed off.
