Great service when you need something the property manager is right there to answer questions thank you trania might have spell your name wrong. And the maintenance man duper excellent he get the work done I can't remember his name but outstanding service and the manager

Need new management! Need new playground equipment- hasn’t been changed or updated since I’ve lived under them “years” ago. Wish they had bench between the units in case you want to take a stroll but also take a break (like at the apartments in front of Foodlion) they absolutely do not UPDATE any flooring/appliances etc until you move out. My appliances are clearly from the 80s and for the amount I pay- I should at least have a new stove/fridge/dishwasher to show for it. Trust me- I’ve asked upper management already- answer was I could move to another unit but my rent would increase! (How about an incentive like one month free every year for staying!)At least volunteer to modernize the place to keep me as a customer! There should be an incentive for just being a tenant for years! If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The only good thing about New Forest is the maintenance team—nothing else. When I first moved in back in 2019, it was fine, but ever since new management took over, the community has gone downhill fast. All they do is collect rent and cut grass! The office staff isn’t the worst, but some seriously lack customer service skills. In the past five years, I’ve watched three buildings burn down, and yet they still refuse to update anything—while charging top dollar. If you’re considering moving here, don’t! Look elsewhere, like Gleneagles, where residents are actually treated better.

Tim Windsor is the best of the best! Knowledgeable in all areas of maintainence; works quickly to resolve the problem . He is a wonderful employee who Truly cares about his job and does it right every time! Bravo!

My maintenance request was handled promptly and the guy was friendly and efficient.
