I rented an apt in West Liberty Point Rantoul. I left early because of substantial ongoing issues that Neves never handled, waited over 6 months. 1) was told building would be secured after it filled up. I followed up on that a month after it was filled and was told it was too difficult to deal with lost keys. This was a deal breaker for me. When I dropped off the keys after moving out and spoke with Gordon about coming to a reasonable lease break- he was shocked that the buildings were not secured. Even though I did send an email about this and several other deal breaker problems. 2) Neves does not consistently give 24 hr notice for non emergency entry. I am exceptionally pleased with the hospitality and dependability of this property management office. I struggle with the house shopping process and these wonderful people have made it a walk in the park for me. The application process was quicker than I thought, if you’re looking for a property office to rent from I highly recommend working with Neves Group. To name a few Gordon, Sam, Christine, & Alex are wonderful people with great customer service. This office follows the rules and regulations which makes them trust worthy people to work with. I don’t usually write Google reviews but I am more than happy to let anyone know that these are the people you want to get a home from. I’ve looked at a few of their homes and they are clean and livable. If you’re looking for a home don’t pass on

This “business” employee “Sam” called and immediately started making demands to jump to their whims. When confronted with further questions they immediately hung up the phone. Horrible professionalism! Would hate to have to be a tenant and be treated with such blatant contempt. Avoid this company at all costs.

Everyone I’ve met at Neves has been very kind and quick to respond so far. Gordon was incredibly helpful and thorough going over the lease with us in the office. They seem very attentive to their tenants. Now we haven’t lived at the property yet so I can’t speak to how it is actually working with them as property managers, but so far it has been a very pleasant experience.
