My upstairs neighbor was repeatedly flooding my home and causing thousands of dollars worth of damage for a year and a half; “Nevada’s Finest” Properties refused to do anything about it. I needed my upstairs neighbor’s contact information for my insurance claim for the massive amount of water damage. I had to fight them for a week straight to get basic information that should have been in the community directory, like most neighborhoods have. Apparently having them do their job is too much of an ask. Also, i got a pool key from them and it has never worked. I have taken it to them three times now and they keep reprogramming it but that doesn’t do anything. Seems like they just want to scam homeowners into giving them $15 for nothing. Walked in to pay my hoa bill by check. Anita was very rude and unprofessional. This was my 2nd time paying my hoa bill in person. The 1st time I paid it I was helped by another lady in the office who does know how to talk to customers. I must've interrupted her lunch or something.

If I could give this woman, Amy, a negative review I would. On top of her unprofessional attitude (hanging up after yelling at me to “speak with my boyfriend because she ‘doesn’t have time for this’”) i can’t say I believe she “knows” how to manage a property.
