Shame…. Shame….. Shame…. Nevada Real-Estate Corp. I was hoping it wasn’t true and our experience would be different, but it wasn’t. This company really does withhold your deposit. Please don’t take my word, see for yourself the ATTACHED PICS. We are in the process of making a formal complaint with the Nevada Board of real estate against “Nevada Real-Estate Corp.” for wrongfully withholding tenant deposits. To make a long story short we rented one of their properties for over two years and never had a problem, never a single late payment or anything like that. I read these reviews after submitting an application unfortunately. Gross about 10x rent, 770 credit score, no evictions or otherwise, and did not get approved. They also took a week to get back to me after saying it would take 48 hours, and I applied within 24 hours of the listing being live. Clearly they were just wanting to get more applications so they could charge more $85 fees, and they said "the owner chose a different application". Out $85 bucks for nothing. Like 90% of these reviews, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

This is the worst property management in Vegas. They are sleazy scammers that don't fix anything, don't help with anything, and will keep all your deposit. They expect you to magically turn their 20yr old properties back into new form. Like that's the renters responsibility? They don't even want to repair anything and will make you do it. Also these people will put you on month to month WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU just to be able to kick you out with a 30day notice. Kick out a tenant that never game them any issues or problems. I've kept quiet since but not anymore if you see their name attached to any property just run. It's not worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nevada Real Estate Corp. Upon returning the property at 10161 Santa Lorena Ct, Las Vegas, I hired a professional company (Oasis Home LLC) to perform the cleaning, which I paid for in cash ($450), and submitted the official receipt. Despite this, the agency charged me an additional $600 (allegedly $300 for cleaning and $300 for stains), completely disregarding the valid proof I provided. I find this unfair and unprofessional. I have attempted to resolve the issue directly, but if it's not addressed, I would not recommend this agency due to lack of transparency and unjustified charges.

Encountered direct discrimination from this Broker’s staff discouraging me from applying to a property that they claimed had multiple apps pending. I got two separate real estate agents to confirm there were no apps pending and two of my Caucasian friends were told the same thing. My Caucasian friends received call backs and agent referrals to view the property. My contact requests were never returned and when I made contact advising that I had already confirmed via two agents there are no apps they refused to send me the application to apply despite my meeting the qualifications. The home I wanted is doing poorly on the market. Yet, they have the audacity to discriminate against overly qualified candidates due to race.
