I am writing this review for Realtor Rosario Ursua working at Neuhaus Realty. Just had a loan closed with Rosario within 30 days. She is an excellent Realtor and has very good negotiating skills. She is a 1st time Home Buyer Specialist and gets better with every deal. She is very responsive and follows up very quickly and cares a lot about her clients. I normally don’t write a review but working with Tammi Ramos was amazing after my other listing with a different realtor expired and working with several agents in the past was a waste of time. It was a blessing finding her. From the first day she was determined to sell my house and went above and beyond with any issues that arose. I honestly could say that if it wasn’t for her persistence I would of not been able to sell my house with the issues I was having. She is very knowledgeable, motivated and very professional.
