My experience with her during the whole process of my tour was just divine!!! She was very swift and responsive when it came to communication, Even suggested details that I didn't even think of! She was patient and attentive, very very present with me and took her time! No rushing, no skipping over anything, no leaving me to view by myself! she made me feel like I mattered, like I deserved such a moment as this one! My tour was hope filling, mind stimulating and soooo well paced, very clean as well as intentional!!!! Stephanie Dempsey did a wonderful job!! Danny and Kevin were wonderful and friendly technicians who did a great job with repairs in my apartment. Nest DC could benefit from being responsive in a more timely manner to some maintenance requests, but they manage many properties so it’s understandable. Overall, the technicians they employ are top-notch!

Our apartment is managed by Nest and they’ve done an excellent job of responding to us and addressing any concerns we may have as tenants. Angelina is personable, kind and responsive. As the Resident Experience Coordinator, we have really enjoyed working with her, and appreciate her timely responses. She is professional yet warm – a rare balance to find. Hassan, one of Nest’s technicians, had a great sense of humor and immediately addressed concerns with our lighting. We appreciated the fact that he was able to offer a same-day resolution. Keep up the great work!

The process of applying, getting accepted, and onboarding was very easy and quick. Ana M. made the onboarding process very fluid and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Stephanie also did a great job of showing me around the apartment and getting me settled in. If you get either of them during your move in process, you’ll have a good experience!
