Neponset Landing

Lived here for over two years and really liked this community! The office staff and maintenance team are professional, helpful, and friendly. Lots of improvements in the last two years. Relocated for job otherwise I’d still be living there Views are amazing

We just moved in but I wanted to leave a review because of how lovely our touring and moving process was. We worked with Jessica and she was a delight. She was very welcoming and fun. We had just come from another apartment tour at a different location where we felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. She made us feel right at ease. This kindness and warmth didn’t stop ant our tour- she was also so meticulous with helping our application get processed as quickly as possible and made our move-in easy as well. Cannot recommend enough.

I recently moved into Neponset Landing and have had a great experience so far. Jessica in leasing was super responsive, excited and helpful while my unit was being renovated, always providing updates and making sure everything was set before I moved in. She’s so sweet whenever you see her. Maintenance has been friendly & responsive as well, and the concierge and package room is a nice touch.

I lived here for 2 years, very pleased with how the building is taken care of. I absolutely love Jessica she is very polite and helpful with whatever you need and follows up with you. She is the friendliest person in the management office. Always listens to you as a resident, speaks to you when she sees you to inquire how you’re doing.

Thus far, I have had quite a pleasant experience as a resident of Neponset Landing. So much so that I felt the need to leave this review. I want to highlight the efficiency and professionalism of the staff here particularly Jessica, management and Edgar, the concierge. They have made living here all the more enjoyable. Thank you Jessica, for being nothing short of a gem to my family and I.
