⭐☆☆☆☆ — “Three Years of Cheap Fixes, Rising Rent, and a Miserable Ending” I lived at Nemoke Trail Apartments for three years, and the experience can be summed up like this: It’s a place that looks fine at first — but the longer you live there, the more you realize everything is maintained at the absolute lowest possible standard. I originally chose this complex because the location really is great. It’s quiet, tucked away from campus, close to trails, and the dog park is genuinely one of the best features here. That’s honestly the main reason this review gets even one star. But living here long-term reveals a very different reality. BEST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED. I lived in Nemoke Trails for 2 years, and sadly had to move this year for work. I’m pretty heart broken about it. The location? Amazing. Every grocery store chain know to man is 10 minutes or less away. The trails? BEAUTIFUL. The neighbors? SO friendly. Everyone in the office is beyond helpful and kind. And the maintenance works are fast, friendly, and fun to talk to whenever you need something. Truthfully, in the two years I lived there I only needed to call maintenance once but they were far better than anywhere else I’ve ever lived. Nemoke Trails, I will miss you❤️❤️❤️

Spent a year there and i have 0 complaints. The price made sense, the maintenance was quick and the office staff were very cooperative and nice throughout our stay and even sent us a card congratulating us on our move into our new house after. The trails nearby are great for walks and they lead to a baseball and soccer field. The gym is barebones and i never used the pool, I wish the apartments had just a bit more windows especially in the main bedroom but for the location, safety, and service i highly recommend it.

I’ve lived here over two years and nemoke is very comfortable location to reside- I utilize all the amenities especially the indoor pool. There are trails, grills, garden plots, volley ball, a work out area, prompt maintenance, and a dog park for your fur buddies. The staff is friendly and they send out a news letter and sometimes there’s events. I really have no complaints. The apartment is conveniently located in Haslett.

I have been here three years and I just cannot recommend it anymore. Granted the office staff is nice, but they are hog tied by a Management Company that does not care. They have now left an entire building without heat since Christmas day (now going on three days) due to a pissing match between maintenance and the MGT company. They turned off the heat early this year back in the fall only to have to turn it back on. These are two instances where this MGT company has violated state law.
