BEWARE! If only I could give 0 stars! Incredibly shady and underhanded business practices. I have now officially had to replace or modify every single major appliance in my home after only a few years after selling me a "turn key" renovated home. Blatant cover ups of subpar work and minimal/no inspections for major work done. So much for a real estate professional...

I'm entering year 10 of working in real estate as an investor / home owner. In that entire time, and through over a dozen real estate transactions as both a buyer and seller, I have NEVER worked with an agent as dishonest and unreliable as Nelson. He makes a lot of promises and then doesn't follow through at all. When things get tough, he will duck your calls and make himself unavailable. There are a lot of other options available to you and I would never choose to work with him again, on either side of the transaction.
