Neighborhood Realty & Property Management-NRPM

As a tenant, NRPM is a good property manager. Good communication and quick to address issues and schedule repairs. The property I'm renting is also good. No major complaints about NRPM, although I do find the monthly "resident benefit package" fee they tack on to be silly and not a value add. Just an extra upcharge to the rent for no reason.

One year tenant of NRPM - just renewed my lease. The realtor who helped me find my place was awesome. Being a resident of their management services has been worry-free. Looking forward to a long-term relationship 😁
