Neffsville Cottages Apartment Homes - APT Management

Since APT Management bought the facility 2 years ago, they have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in improvements. Management is receptive to resident feedback. Overall it is a very lovely and quiet place to live. Renting the cottages is like having your own home but, without the maintenance. I would highly recommend living here.

This is to complete my review that posted before I was finished. We have one resident that put in a work order for installation of a storm door over a YEAR ago that still has not been completed! Management should hire either an another full time or part time person to handle the work orders . Things not being done gives this community a negative impression that management doesn’t care about their residents!

Friendly residents. All units are ground floor. Rates are probably close to other places in area. Things lacking are prompt maintenance and availability of office person. Only one individual and many time unavailable.

Went to visit Neffsville. Everyone was so nice. The ladies in the front were helpful with questions and understanding. The residents seemed very happy. Sitting in groups playing cards, laughing and enjoying each other. Place was clean. The yard was very well maintained.

This property with new ownership since September, has converted from a "retirement community" to a 55+ plus rental complex. I would caution anyone interested in living here that groundskeeping has suffered a setback since it is covered in leaves and looks nothing like the marketing photos! A drive through the streets reveal a picture of leaves clogging patios, decks and laying like a ground cover over areas of the green space. This is unfortunate as it is causing a safety issue for residents.
