NDBT (North Dallas Bank & Trust)

Have banked here for years, and love it. Kimberly is great. She helped me get a new Safe Deposit Box the other day. Made it simple. Can’t say enough nice things about everyone there. They treat me right.

Spoke to manager Brigett Pilgrim but was unable to resolve issues...was on the phone initially with Moraiah who had no clue how to do any job 🙄 poor customer service

Frisco team are extremely friendly, my entire family are customers of North Dallas Bank and Trust and my parents both are users of Frisco location. No matter how many times my dad calls in with his Online Banking issues which is the user's errors but they treat him so kindly that he won't feel embarrassed. He has gone there so many time with his debit card problems which is again his fault for entering the incorrect pin # but they have patiently took care of him. I am so proud of them to "Treat Everyone They Way They Wanted To Be Treated". Thank you Frisco Banking Center for taking care of our elderly customers with such a dignity and respect. Baharak

I've never had such issues with a debit account in my life. The most recent problem was caused when they (without notifying me) changed the billing address on file for my card to the address of the bank! Now my card and all of the funds in it is unusable until Monday morning when the bank opens, as the phone support can do nothing for me. If you like having easy access to your own money, find a different place to bank.

Best bank! They are personable and strive to know who is walking in their doors. My family has been with them my whole life and it was worth ditching big banking for the way they treat me.
