Staff are nice!! But the lack of oversight on grants is horrible!! The companies they use are bad!! The first company was drinking and smoking weed on the jod? Would not do anything until one of the workers fell of the ladder!! The second company was slightly better, at least they did not drink and smoke weed but did not want to complet the work they were hired to do. When asking to have things fixed or complete I was called names!! Then brought it to the office I was told the work is done and nothing else will be done even the work that was not completed!! It's crazy that I had to do the oversight with no help from the office!!

I have been with NCS for a year now. From the beginning they have showed nothing but support. When it comes to maintenance they provide it. If I ever fall in hard times they help! They are very supportive and actually care to get others into a new home. I appreciate NCS. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a home!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PROPERTY RENTAL AGENCY IN THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, NY... Do Not Waste Your Money And Time With This Company. Their Properties Are Extremely Poorly Maintained. When You Contact Them For Maintenance Of Any Sorts They Are Rude And Don't Really Seem Like They Wanna Help Either But Sure Want Their Money. When Some Does Eventually Come Out Bc They Dont Always Come Out Even Though You Called And Spoke With Someone From The Agency. The Contractors That They Send Either Under Qualified Or Some Clueless Addict🤦🏽 They Come And Do Garbage Work Just To Get By Instead Of Actually Fixing. Something Stay Wrong At your Property Until Some Type Of Inspection Is Coming Now They Wanna Come And Do Work To Cover Up What Hasn't Been Getting Done. THEY ALSO RENT OUT PROPERTIES WITH NO CERTIFICA

What a disappointment. They don't contact your references and rarely if ever answer the phone. They are more than happy to take your money and leave you swinging in the wind. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. The only thing they did right was give my money back when I showed up at their office.

Their cousins are giving these good reviews. Slum lord's definitely. I've had issues since my move in date which are on going. Electrical problems, plumbing issues,rodents, water damage, my kids are constantly getting sick and I'm looking into a way of suing. This has to be illegal
