If I could give them a negative rating I would. The company as a whole may be great but unfortunately our experience with Russell Brooks was a nightmare to say the least. Tried to purchase a piece of property from them and it hadn’t been surveyed yet. We wanted it to be surveyed into 2 different tracts when they surveyed it, I drew out how we wanted it split up and checked with planning and zoning and everything. We also agreed to pay and additional amount of money to have the land divided. We signed the contract on a Thursday and was told the surveyor would be out first thing Monday to survey and then we could do our soil test. Over the weekend I asked if we could do our soil test the following Friday and he assured me that would be fine. Monday comes around and I schedule the soil test f
