Canaan Crossing

I’m a new resident and so far I have no complaints at all. Canaan Crossing is such a nice property & well kept up. Cindy Brewer is one of the best property managers that I’ve came across, very professional & respectful.

I love my apartment, and the service here is a major reason why — thanks to Ms. Cynthia. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and consistently helpful. Truly an asset to the community.

Cheers to another place not answering calls. I guess Carmichael Commons and this place have that in common. Calls are never answered from neither places. Why is there an office if calls are getting ignored.

Ms. Cynthia (Cindy) Brewer is a woman of patience. She’s definitely a great Property Manager. When going over the lease agreement, she made sure that everyone understood before putting their initials in a certain place. I’m truly grateful that she’s a firm person who stands on the rules because everyone doesn’t want to have a neighborhood where all the things that I see go on in other places will take place in this small community. It will take our community neighbors to report what they see to keep this community like they would have it to be! Thanks Cindy for helping EVERYONE who needed the help!

Cindy is my fav she is so patient and kind and I’ve never encountered a person with so much joy. She Carry her responsibility’s well and it’s never a question that she can’t answer. She helped me tremendously and I’m forever grateful for her presence.
