I’ve had a great experience renting from Navi Properties and have enjoyed my apartment and my time in their building. They are a very professional, family owned company that treats their tenants with a personal touch and is always willing to help. They’re very responsive to the needs of the tenants, and they work hard to maintain and improve the building and provide a clean, comfortable environment. Highly recommended.

I lived in 306 E 11th St for 2 1/2 years. Lesia, Natalia and Paul are all class. They make sure that their residents are comfortable and I had no major issues when I lived there. The only two issues were fixed quickly and effectively.

My apartment on 11th street is in the best location in the East Village. Close to amazing restaurants and nightlife but in a quieter section. Quick walk to the train in Union Square. Trader Joes 2 min walk, Astor Place 2 min walk, McSorleys a few blocks away. Basically everything is ULTRA accessible. The landlord and super at Navi are responsive and have made some amazing upgrades to their historic buildings. Definitely recommend!
