While we didn't end up going with Nautical Home Lending as our mortgage lender, I felt like I should leave a review anyways, because Sal was so incredibly helpful when I called. He spoke with me on the phone for over an hour the very first time I called and broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand. Sal had competitive rates, multiple choices for said rates, and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend giving Sal and his team a call if you are starting the house buying journey.

Sal couldn't help me as I was searching for a refi in the state of Vermont. But, Sal spent nearly 30 mins on the phone with me, discussing rates and refi strategy.
