I would give 0 if possible. I was told that I would need an agent to come and inspect my current home before I was allowed to rent an apartment because I have a pet. This was after I had already paid $80(for two people) in a non-refundable application fee. If you would like your privacy violated by all means work with this company.

Maybe someone else besides Mahmuda Begum is professional at this establishment but I would not recommend her at all. We were in contact for over a week in regards to a mobile home (beginning of September) in the Moon Lake Estates area of New Port Richey. After setting us up with someone to help with financial and them running our credit which dropped my husband score by 40+ points we never heard from her again. We were told to get approved for loan and she would draw up the papers for our mobile home. She told us she was out of town and would show us the house when she got back in town and yet we never heard from her again. In my own opinion this is very unprofessional and not something you would look for when searching for a real estate agent.

My first time working with a realtor company I'm one that would put all lies to rest. Realtors are not out for your money but for the family. I worked with Teresina Jessie and hands down she never gave up she was positive the whole time when I thought negative she is a firm believer that great things does happen she ask you what's the price range and does her search accordingly she also went above and beyond by cleaning my apartment I can't say one negative thing about this company or the staff period this is truly a group that looks out for your best interest and when it comes to renting Teresina puts herself in your shoes and that isn't something that happens often.
