Have a loan closing for a client today and just wanted to praise this Title Company and Danielle Smallridge for their support & flexibility throughout the transaction. They have been fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend anyone to use them. In addition, I can assure you that you will not find a more competitively priced Title Company around the Tampa Bay Market...or in all of Florida for that matter. So not only do they have a excellent service, they also have a great value for the serve level they provide.

Wow, Best Title Company I have used in a long while! Detailed, very informative to my Buyers, went through everything with them, had a great Packet ready for them with Homesteading info and more at closing.
