Enjoy their auctions, some onsite and some at their facility in Mowrystown which is very convenient and well located. They sell a wide range of items, from farm equipment to store surplus to antiques and collectables. Only downside is that they charge a 10% buyer's premium that many other area auctioneers don't. I would understand buyer's premiums at sales held at their facility or at particularly upscale auctions but at run of the mill on site auctions it seems a bit excessive.

Bate and switch artists. List properties for sale at one price, then try to sell at a much higher than advertised price claiming issues with MLS or other listing services.

A great auction barn. You'll get top dollar if you bring items to sell. They really bid up.
