Kim has sold us multiple home as well as selling our homes! She has made the buying/selling process so easy. She’s very transparent, and explains everything so we understood it! She also has some awesome office staff! Anytime I needed paperwork or to drop important documents off the staff helped me right away and was so friendly! I highly recommend this brokerage. You won’t be disappointed!

I went to look at a house to support a friend during the home buying process. We saw two houses...the first house I chalked it up to the realtor having a bad day as all she did was sit in the kitchen chair and seemed annoyed at questions. The second house we looked at the realtor was still unprepared...no disclosure statement, seemed confused when I asked for comps, was rude, and was dressed unprofessionally. I would not recommend.
