Review: I had a disappointing experience with this title company that raised serious concerns about their professionalism and overall operation. Throughout the process, their lack of attention to detail was glaring. The lender had to request corrections on their documents multiple times, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. When we arrived for our closing, there was no one upfront to greet us. After waiting, someone eventually came out—but shockingly, she had her shoes off and was walking around in socks. This completely undermined my confidence in the company and their standards. Honestly, I’ve seen more professionalism walking into a Dollar Tree. Great people to work with, I bought many homes with many agencies but this one was by far the best and done with far the most professionalism! Never using another place again. My first home so the process was confusing, long and stressful. The search, the agents, the area, the homes, everything was starting to become too much and I was getting extremely burned out. Finding Nations Title to do my title and closing was the only pleasant part of the process. They were patient with me, super patient, explained every single details and turned my whole experience into a positive one. Professional, affordable and highly reliable! Worst possible service. No company representative present at closing for my cash-out refi. Didn't cut me the check until I barged in an demanded it. Then they handed me an unsigned check. I had to drive back to get it signed. Then the check didn't clear! So bad it borders on criminal. As I type this, I am tempted to call the police to charge them with handing me a hot check.

Terrible customer service and inattention to detail. My homeowner policy almost lapsed because the premium check was sent to the incorrect insurance company at closing. Nations Title would not accept responsibility and claim it was the lender’s fault because of an invoice they received. However, the ALTA closing statement that I signed showed the correct insurance company. I am now left cleaning up their mess.
