I currently live with national development group and I would recommend you AVOID renting with this company 100%. I’ve been here two years and the foundation has been leaking since I moved in, they won’t give me permission to fix it and they won’t send someone to fix it. Now the basement is full of mold and they are ignoring me. Completely unprofessional staff, and they have 1 maintenance guy. If you go to the office you have to be buzzed in, but they will not buzz you in. If you call they have an answering person who always takes a message but no one ever calls you back.

BEFORE YOU SING THE LEASE AT TOWNHOUSES HAVE A ATTORNEY READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT MUST EXTRA CHARGE WATER AND SEWER AND PROPERTY TAX AFTER YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR CLEANING FEE $150 YOU WONT GET YOU DEPOSIT BACK WATCH FOR THIS LIAR BOB VESEY THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ROOF LEAKING 2 YEARS NO FIX WINDOWS CRACKS NO FIX
