I've been living at frog city mill Lofts for little now and it’s been a great experience overall with a spacious apartment and nice industrial modern design The building is well-maintained, and the amenities like the dog wash spa station and gym are awesome. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, and the leasing staff have always been friendly and helpful. Noise levels are generally low, and the neighborhood feels safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a modern, living space in Johnston.

By far the most clean, modern, and affordable place to live. property manager is helpful along with landlord. Gym is great, pet spa is awesome.. HIGHLY recommend

Wow what a transformation. It’s beautiful. From the high end finishes to the Amenties. The owners thought about every detail. The gym has everything you need. The pet friendly dog washing and exercise area is awesome. There is also a beautiful common area to sit relax and watch tv. It’s just a great place to live. The management team is very responsive to any and all questions

One of the best places I’ve lived in. I’ve been here since the beginning have had nothing but good experience here. I love the amenities here especially the dog room. Their management team has been great on communicating regarding any question or issues, they show they truly care for residents!
