I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Natalie Hoffman while attempting to purchase a home in West Virginia. She stopped communicating with us entirely after we submitted a offer on a home, provided inconsistent information, and was dishonest about follow-ups and availability. Despite stating she would contact us, she instead ghosted my agent and left us unsure whether our offer was ever properly presented. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this agent. Military families in particular should avoid working with her or buying a home she list.

While I've closed on my house and it is over. I should have seen the red flags from the get go. The agent/builder she represents, had several disconnect and miscommunications throughout thr buying process; starting with a home that was listed online, was already occupied. So we looked at the one right next door (very different style than what was posted online). We put an offer on the new build. Later our agent called and said it was already spoken for, but the lot next to that was available. It was not built yet. So the agent from Keller Williams offered for us to meet and customize it. We went to the office, picked out tile, carpet, etc. We asked for a tub upgrade and picked out the tile skirt for a jetted tub and paid an extra 3k for it. Ms. Hoffman is a stellar agent. My husband and I trust her and have gone through several transactions with her and we were very pleased. On top of that, she's just a great person with a big heart and immense knowledge in real estate.

We had a difficult sale, because it involved many out of area sellers. Natalie handled it professionally, and answered my many questions along the way. She helped coordinate our efforts, and even with a last minute snafu with the closing, we were able to close on time. Thanks, Natalie!
