Napa Valley

I have been living in Napa Valley for the past two years, and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and up to date on everything happening. A huge plus is the built-in washer and dryer in each unit. Aareon, Courtney, Jordyn, and Lea all do a phenomenal job and are always happy to assist you. On top of that, everything you need is within reach as far as amenities and easy access to the highway are concerned. Five Stars. I highly recommend you check out the apartment complex.

Lea was fantastic to work with while showing me a 1-bedroom apartment for lease. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I toured a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with Lea, who was very knowledgeable and personable. The property was represented very well, and I liked it alot. Lea was also very helpful in helping with the online application.

I have been here for the past two months. The office staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the complex itself is well-maintained. My roommate and I live in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, which provides space for both of us. The complex has a pool which looks nice. I look forward to using it this summer. There have also been a few issues that required attention. For instance, my bathroom vent was "repaired" on two separate occasions, but it continues to fall down on one side. Both bedroom ceiling fans must be set to the lowest speed, as they wobble and produce a loud noise at higher settings. Another issue is with the outlets-they're very loose, sometimes the plugs just fall out.

Lea was amazing. We came in for a tour, and she was very kind, professional, and helpful. She made the experience comfortable and answered all of our questions.
