Nancy is absolutely amazing to work with. This is the second time we have used Nancy, and we would use her again. We live in the Phoenix area, so purchasing in another city, especially a couple hours away, can be challenging. She listens to what you want, is extremally patient, and very accommodating. When a new listing was posted, and if we were even considering it, she would immediately go to the property and take video's for us. Because of her willingness to do that, it allowed us to move quickly on potential properties and not have the disadvantage of having to wait until we could get up there to view the property. She is also very honest, and will give you all the information on a particular property/ location so you have the good and the bad before you move forward.
