Having worked with quite a few realtors across all the states I cover, in all the years I’ve been in this industry, I’ve experienced many different great desirable qualities. For clients I believe the most important are: listening well to the goals and desires of the client, keeping best interests of the client in mind while not only making offers but also finding properties, making themselves available and bending to the clients schedule, and being absolutely aggressive to get the best price a client can get while also being aggressive and knowledgeable to help secure the offers of a client. As a loan officer the most important qualities of a realtor are a desire to team up to best help the client, being readily available when need be, having the knowledge for the team to be effective

Nancy is very patient and attentive with her clients making her wonderful to work with. She stayed determined to help our mutual clients find their new home and was willing to put the time in required to get them in even after our initial couple offers didn't get accepted by helping to keep their spirits up and focused on keeping at it.
