Namaste Apartments

I've lived in a lot of apartments, and this one easily ranks at the bottom. Management is disorganized, unresponsive, and constantly changing. Just when you figure out who's in charge, they're gone -- which makes getting anything resolved nearly impossible. Be especially careful where you park. Cars are towed aggressively with no real notice, and management takes zero responsibility when it happens. Expect to be blamed even when you've followed the rules. The property itself is poorly maintained. Bugs are a regular issue, common areas are neglected, and promised upgrades never materialize. A security gate has been "in progress" for years, yet nothing changes. Given the surrounding area, basic security should not be optional. Amenities are advertised but not maintained. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is the worst of the worst. Please stay away -- and if you currently live here, I genuinely feel bad for you. They will tow your car with no warning and then blame you for it. Namaste Apartments is infested with roaches. A gated entrance was promised five years ago and is still unfinished. When you live next to Chinatown and a large homeless population, a secure gate is an absolute necessity. The grills have been broken since summer, so you can't even BBQ. Management and staff change every couple of months, so there's zero consistency or relationship with long-term residents. The tacky paint job is just a cover-up for their bare-minimum effort to make this place livable. Nothing is actually fixed -- it's all cosmetic. Save yourself

WORST PLACE EVER •INFESTED WITH ROACHES -so bad it’s like this place breeds them! •GAVE US INCORRECT PAPERWORK -our lease was up in November and was even told by management to confirm… later on after move out, new management had a paper that stated different. THEN IMMEDIATELY SENT US TO COLLECTIONS!!! I Tried to pay them but they wanted more Now it stand at almost 6,000 in collections! WORST PLACE EVER I PROMISE YOU They respond to a review but can never respond to a single phone call and email so I can actually get this payment plan handled. I have multiple receipts of me trying to reach out and tried to comply. It’s been 1 year since…. Get it together management.

My husband and I have been living here for the past 1.5 years and when we moved in Michelle and Cynthia were awesome but unfortunately they are no longer there then we met Jasmine and she was very understanding in our time of need but again no longer there new people in the office now that are not understanding to peoples need and not willing to work with us like previous management was . New management in office treat us like we are bad people we will be moving at the end of our lease I will not be recommending this place to family friends like I did in the past for fear they make get treated the same way. They are so quick to slap a 7 day eviction notice on your door . They make there residents miss work for * inspections that are completely unplanned* causing us financial struggle , my

For me this place is ok. It might not be for everyone. Be sure to know what you want and need so you can be satisfied with your choices. I’ve submitted a few maintenance requests over the last 16 months of living here. All have been addressed fairly quickly. The location is good. At least 3 grocery stores in walking distance. Many restaurants in walking distance. Bus service with 3 lines close by. My experience with the office and maintenance staff has always been very good.
