I’ve enjoyed working with Patrick over many years. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and risk-aware, which is critical when you’re looking at properties in the Flathead Valley. He helped me locate and purchase what has turned out to be a great investment property. Now I turn to him whenever I have real estate questions, and he never lets me down—even if he has to do some research and get back to me. I've seen this happen before. Some people just want to drag others down but I know Patrick's work, and he's one of the more honest, responsive professionals in the Valley.

My Husband and I rented a store from Patrick Nagle in Columbia Falls for our computer business: Montana Technical Solutions. Patrick was great to rent from for the 2yrs we were there. He was responsive to any concerns we had, Friendly, easy going, and willing to listen to any suggestions we had. I found him professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home to buy or sell, as well as a landlord tenant relationship.

Patrick is amazingly responsive and honest about properties. Within 3 days of connecting with him we have short listed properties, had him review multiple and provide feedback. But not only is his feedback honest and accurate, it is human and addresses the "feel" of a home (for both positive and negatives). We trust him to find our mountain home for us, and tell us if we're crazy and not going to find what we're looking for.
