Joe did an absolutely wonderful job for our inspection: he fit our inspection in on a very tight schedule, coming to the house twice, first do do his own thorough work, then again to meet with us and go over everything on the weekend because we couldn't come during regular business hours. Then he sent us his report the next day... and what an amazing report! Incredible detail, which will help us not only feel confident about this major purchase -- but it will also will be invaluable for us to learn the inner workings of the new house and what we need to look out for (and budget) in terms of ongoing maintenance. I'd recommend his services even if you've already closed on your new house! Just for your own knowledge, his reasonable fee is money well spent.
