Great Customer service!!! The staff provides excellent customer service. They’re attentive, respectful, and quick to respond to any questions. It’s clear they take pride in making a good impression and keeping things running smoothly.

The web sat gave me an appointment today at 10 am, I got there, it surprised me from the office and says yes, go back at 1 pm, if the web is not working please close it, instead of wasting people's time.

The best place to live for low income. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. The administration is very polite and very atentive. Employees are very humble and ready to work, you can feel the wormth in the people that is here to attend your needs. Great location; clean and comfortable apartment. I definitely recommend it.

I lived there back in 2007. Was a very nice place, clean, never had any issue with anyone or anything. I used to rent a 3 bedroom apartment. Not sure about now, for the reviews I had read things change... Back then was beautiful. Mystic point 1 and 2. Then MP 1 became Abaco after a while. Still have good memories from there. Knows someone that still living in the same apartment. They moved in before I moved in and as today they still in there. A very nice family.

I moved into there when they first opened. The 3 bedroom apt had a nice floorplan. The grounds were maintained well. Other than a few incidents that normally take place in an apartment complex, I found it to be a nice place to live and close to work. Other than some person(s) that stole my 85 Cadillac, unsure why, that's the only major issue I had.
