Recently signed a lease, and got settled. Wanted to give a shoutout to the entire team here but most notably Stephanie. She has been a huge help from my tour to just today helping me get everything set up. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Also would like to thank Nina for helping me get everything paid on move in day through the portal. So far I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area.

I had a very negative experience with this property management company and would caution anyone considering leasing or co-signing. This involved a lease takeover that was handled poorly and lease appears defective. I was listed only as a co-signer for a friend who did not have any pets, and the individual who allegedly caused “pet damage” was not the tenant and was not listed as an authorized occupant on the lease. Despite this, I was sent to collections for pet damage that I did not cause, authorize, or have any connection to. There was no clear documentation tying the charge to the tenant’s lease obligations, yet the debt was still pursued in a way that negatively impacted my credit. The situation was extremely stressful and disappointing, especially for someone who acted in good fait

I’ve had such a great experience moving into this apartment complex! The location is super convenient with grocery stores and restaurants close by, which makes life a lot easier on the days I don’t feel like cooking. Rent is affordable compared to other places in the area, especially considering the amenities you get. The staff deserves a special shoutout! They were incredibly friendly and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They were patient while I toured the unit, answered all my questions, and were very accommodating during the application process. Could not have been any more clear.
