Myrtle Townhomes

Management is totally non helpful and comes off as a total pushover, Security is pretty much non existent they just stay parked in one spot if they are even there and the neighborhood's kids that play outside are beyond disrespectful and rude and allowed to just terrorize the neighborhood while there is no parent in sight,I have no idea who has been leaving these reviews but I ASSURE you they have never visited these townhomes. This neighborhood looks really nice but definitely a form of advertising catfish and in NO way worth the amount of rent they are asking for. Oh! And this is just what I witnessed after just staying there for a couple weeks with a family friend that lives there

I enjoyed living here I have lived in this townhouse for three years they are very understanding and they keep the property very nice meet and clean even for the area they tend to maintain the area a very safe and clean place for the children

I enjoy my house very spacious, clean, maintenance is always working, I never have to wait long if I have an issue, they are very professional, in this home you get a one-car garage with a outside parking spot also the closets I walk in closets very huge this place is somewhere you would want to stay!!

It's a great house to live in no noise no anything it's calm chill u have a 1 car garage with ur own parking spot outside the office and owners are nice and security is sitting outside almost everyday and he patrols around
